“Luminance is a great help.”

We are facing an issue which is to review NDAs and MSAs, and we were looking to have a tool that could help us to reduce the time that the legal team are spending on them.

First, we are only focusing mostly on NDAs. I was quite amazed by the different features that Luminance was providing. It was really complete from contract review to the contract management, contract workflow and so on. It was very, very impressive.

Luminance is a great help. For example, one month ago I came back from holidays and I had the great pleasure to have a contract to review which has 80 pages long and I had only two hours to review it because it was for an RFP deadline.

Before Luminance, it would have been very difficult to review everything from A-Z and be comfortable with what was inside and to read the contract and be sure that you have analysed everything. This would have been very complicated.

But with Luminance, now I’m able to review the contracts in one minute and already have a good knowledge of what can be accepted and what has to be refused. I also have an exact summary of my contracts in just a matter of a few seconds, which is humanly impossible.

So, this is very interesting for me because it’s time saving and I was able to come up with a version I was very comfortable to send it back to my client.
