Luminance, the pioneer in Legal-Grade™ AI, has been recognised by GP Bullhound as one of Europe’s most promising tech start-ups in their latest report: ‘Titans of Tech – Unrivalled era of AI led innovation for European Tech’.

GP Bullhound, a leading technology advisory and investment firm, analysed more than 100 European startups for scale, velocity and sentiment, and ranked the top 50 companies which they believe have the most potential to become one-billion-dollar companies in the next two years.

Luminance was celebrated for its AI expertise in a year the report highlights as unrivalled for AI-led innovation. The company’s technology has been used in a number of world-firsts for AI. For example, in late 2023 during a live demonstration to the BBC, Luminance became the first AI in the world to completely automate the negotiation of a contract, without human intervention, between two opposing parties. Luminance was also the first use of AI at London’s highest criminal court, the Old Bailey, where it allowed counsel to cut the time spent reviewing evidence by four weeks.
