Luminance, the global leader in Legal-Grade™ AI for the enterprise, today announced two major additions to its U.S. leadership team as demand for its multi-agent AI platform accelerates across Fortune-scale organizations.

The hires arrive as Luminance reports a 2.5X increase in U.S. revenue over the past year, spurred by rapid adoption among enterprise teams, spanning legal, compliance, procurement, finance and more. With the U.S. now representing 44% of global revenue, Luminance is doubling down on scale, leadership, and market reach in the region.

Industry Veteran Mario Queiroz Joins as Senior Product Advisor

Luminance has appointed Mario Queiroz as Senior Product Advisor, based in San Francisco. A veteran product and technology executive with more than three decades of experience, Queiroz has led global teams building category-defining products at the intersection of software, devices, and AI.

He most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Abridge and, before that, as Chief Product Officer at Hinge Health, where he helped scale both companies’ AI-driven platforms. Earlier in his career, he was EVP at Palo Alto Networks and spent close to 15 years at Google in product and general management roles. During his tenure at Google, he led several of the company’s flagship consumer hardware initiatives, from Chromecast and Google Home to serving as General Manager and Vice President of Product Management for Pixel smartphones.

Queiroz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Kim Winter Joins as VP of Marketing

Luminance also brings on Kim Winter as Vice President of Marketing, based in New York. Winter is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience building marketing functions from the ground up and developing product marketing strategies for high-growth companies. She joins from Yotpo, where she spent nearly a decade and rose to VP of Product Marketing, shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
