As a Legal Product Expert (LPE), you will be involved in advising, training and supporting prominent legal professionals across the globe. This role covers both Account Management and new Sales and both teams are targeted on numbers of meetings, pilots and deals signed. The Legal Technology Specialist (LT) role combines technical understanding and communication with practical delivery to provide excellent customer service. LTs provide technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales accounts, working together with our Legal Product Experts (LPEs) and Support team. During the pre-sale cycle, the LT will deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs), showcasing Luminance’s technology and its ability to fulfil the individual customer’s use cases. After the sale, the LT will work to ensure the product and technology meet the needs of the customer, as well as assisting in providing first-rate support. National and international travel will likely be required.
