I’m super excited to announce a major leap in workflow automation – a powerful, learning-based agent which can construct complex workflows from simple, natural-language instructions.
With this new feature, users can automatically build their own tailored review and approval workflows, accounting for conditionality and even potential edge cases. The agent doesn’t just follow a script; it understands your unique processes, learns from them, and adapts accordingly.

Email Agent: Integrate With Your Platform of Choice
At Luminance, we’re all about making collaboration across the business as seamless as possible. With Luminance’s email integration, teams can interact with Legal directly from their inbox, with all requests and queries automatically centralized and tracked within the Luminance platform.
It’s simple – a business user can submit a request via email to Lumi, which is automatically captured and routed straight to the Luminance platform. Lumi intelligently understands the request, completing it in seconds, with the option to send back to the business user, onto the legal team for approval, or directly to the counterparty, all via email drafted and sent out from within the platform.
The results? No more back-and-forth, switching tools or siloed messages. Just fast, intuitive legal collaboration, with all users operating in their platform of choice.
Watchers & Collaborators: Enhanced Teamwork
Collaboration is easier than ever before with two new roles within workflows – ‘Watchers’ and ‘Collaborators’.
Watchers: Perfect for managers and executives, Watchers can be added to workflows to gain real-time visibility into contract pipelines without active involvement.
Collaborators: These users can now ‘co-work’ on matters alongside assignees. Collaborators can be manually added or assigned automatically based on data from request forms - perfect for distributed teams managing high volumes of legal work.
These users can be added manually or by automatic assignment through datapoints identified in the request form, helping to further streamline the flow of contracts around an organization, ensuring all relevant people are involved and informed throughout the process.
